RCMP Reports for August 29 to September 4

WILKIE SK RCMP REPORTS for August 29 to September 4, 2017

RCMP received a report of a combine fire. The fire was not suspicious in nature.

A 54-year-old female from Wilkie was charged with possession of property obtained by crime and failure to comply with condition of undertaking after Members received a complaint of theft.

Police received a report of a suspicious person on Facebook. Not a police matter.

Members attended a travel trailer fire near Landis, Sask. The fire was not suspicious in nature.

RCMP received a report of a break and enter into a residence. Reported for information purposes.

There were also two false alarms.

RCMP Reports for August 15 to 28

WILKIE SK RCMP REPORTS for August 15 to 28, 2017

RCMP are investigating a single vehicle collision near Wilkie, Saskatchewan.

An individual turned in money he found. This matter is still under investigation.

Members assisted an individual by providing information about residential safety.

Police received a report of a small child wandering through residential backyards. Members spoke with the child’s guardian.

RCMP received a report of used needles discarded near Wilkie. Members safely disposed of the needles.

Police received a complaint of a break and enter into a residence. Members located individuals at the residence and requested they leave.  The complainant declined to lay charges.

There was a complaint of assault but the complainant declined to lay charges.

RCMP received a complaint of uttering threats. Members spoke with the subject of complaint’s guardian.

There were also two false alarms and two traffic complaints.

RCMP received a request to remove an individual from Prairie Sky Recovery Centre at Leipzig, Sask. Members attended and transported the individual to a motel.

There was also one false 911 call and one traffic complaint.
